FAQ

No! We work with all ages and skill levels!

No. Colorado is a direct access state, meaning you can be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist without a physician’s referral. However, a few insurance plans require that you obtain a referral from your physician. This can be answered by calling your customer service representative on the back of your insurance card.

We also offer Cash Pay services. Each session is $100.

We do not bill Medicare or Medicaid.

Each session is one hour long! All of our appointments are scheduled at the top of each hour.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. No-shows are charged $35, no exceptions. You can call, leave a voicemail, or email us if you need to cancel/change an appointment.

We accept check, credit cards, and most health savings accounts debit cards!

We absolutely allow friends and family to come back on the first visit! After the first visit, we ask that all friends and family remain up front in our lobby. This is due to HIPPA regulations and space limitations. We will come up and communicate with parents and family members at the end of the session when needed!
