Physical Therapy
Next Level offers individualized, evidence based care utilizing manual therapy techniques as well as exercise to promote recovery. We utilize a team treatment approach during 60 minute sessions to carry out an individualized treatment plan. We treat a variety of orthopedic injuries including cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle. We also treat a variety of orthopedic injuries post-operatively.
We offer pre injury concussion baseline testing, concussion management and return to sport, bike fitting, trigger point dry needling, personalized blood flow restriction training, custom orthotics, and functional return to sport and ski testing.

Sports Therapy
Sports Therapy is a mesh between physical therapy and traditional sports performance. Up to 15 minutes of your session is with a therapist and dedicated to massage, dry needling, etc…the other 45 minutes of your session is with a sports performance coach. This is awesome for those that need a little work done on a body part before their workout but do not necessarily need an entire physical therapy session.
Price is $95 per session.

Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Training
Personalized Blood Flow Restriction is a paradigm shifting intervention for the rehabilitation professional with hundreds of supporting publications in the scientific literature. By applying a tourniquet and intermittently to an exercising limb you can induce significant and substantial strength, hypertrophy and endurance changes while using a very light load.
$25 additional per session.
Functional Dry Needling
Dry needling is a manual technique that is performed by a Certified Physical Therapist. It is a safe and effective technique used to address trigger points within a muscle that can cause pain, movement impairments, or decrease mobility. It can also be utilized to help activate muscles prior to exercises. Your physical therapist can talk to you at your initial evaluation if this would be a beneficial treatment in your plan of care or feel free to bring it up if you would like more information.
$25 additional per session.
Custom Orthotics
Next Level utilizes a state of the art 3D scanning technology to assess foot posture both statically and dynamically to create a 3-D printed high durability and customize fit for each patient.
During your foot assessment the foot scan software will take an average of all measurements to ensure the best orthotic fit rather than relying on one static measurement. The algorithms within the software are constantly being advanced and updated to provide the best product possible.
Your assessment will be performed by a licensed physical therapist and based on your history or current injury they can always overrule software suggestions to make sure the orthotic will be as beneficial as possible.
Your new orthotics will have a 6 month manufacture’s warranty for the top cover and a 2 year manufacture’s warranty for the Cap.
The cost for one pair of custom orthotics is $376.25.
