At Next Level Sports Performance, we understand the unique challenges and concerns involved in training student athletes. We work in partnership with parents to discuss and determine the appropriate training protocol for their child, while keeping them informed and involved with their child's ongoing progress.
Backed by extensive experience and knowledge of junior high, high school, and collegiate sports, our certified athletic trainer can help your student improve key aspects of strength, endurance, and precision movement; while enhancing overall stability and balance. Target exercises on the field turf are combined with specific cardiovascular and weight training protocols for each workout. These emphasize pre-hab and functional and postural movement training to enhance capabilities in specific sports, while preventing injury.
Most importantly, we want to make sure that all students enjoy their experiences here, while learning valuable training practices and techniques that will benefit them throughout their athletic careers. After all, we believe sports should be fun as well as challenging. We work hard to make sure every student remains motivated and fully engaged every step, lunge, and sprint along the way.
